We are also licensed by the Ministry of Health of Papua New Guinea to import, export and act as a wholesaler of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment.
Our foray into the medical distribution industry came about in 2017 when we witnessed the growing demand for prescription pills in PNG but saw that hospitals and retail pharmacies did not have access to quality products at reasonable prices.
We considered this a challenge that needed to be addressed immediately. We leveraged our existing supply chain to source products from different parts of the world that were required in PNG. We worked on building ties with reputed manufacturers to source high-quality products at fair prices. We also developed state-of-the-art warehouses that enable us to maintain an ample stock of medicines and equipment.
In these five years, we have made every effort to collaborate with the right manufacturers and provide our customers with whatever they need, when they need it. In doing so, we have become a trusted partner of the National Department of Health, private hospitals, clinics and retail pharmacies across PNG.
Our business has expanded vastly from our modest beginnings in the industry. We, however, continue to retain a small-company approach where every single customer and manufacturer is genuinely valued.
